Kari's Insurance Journey
I have been where you are. It sounds cliché, but it is true. I started my career in the mailroom of an insurance brokerage company. My first day I didn't even know what an endorsement was and couldn't say with confidence I knew what a deductible was!

In a matter of 13 years, I became a multiple award-winning insurance broker, growing my book by over 300% for 5 consecutive years, a production team lead managing the largest book of business at the company, and ultimately an award-winning leader as President of an international brokerage company.
After 16 years in the insurance industry, I noticed a lack of relatable support for insurance professionals looking to grow into formal leadership roles. There is a lot of career growth and sales advice out there, but it is hard to implement as an insurance professional.
